Ingredients: Stinging Nettle, Red raspberry leaves, Chamomile, Oatstraw, Alfalfa, Ashwagandha, Red Clover, Sage, Hibiscus & Cinnamon 

Stinging Nettle - can ease the transition and act as a restorative for women going through menopause, lowering the intensity of the hormonal shift in the body. Acting as a coagulant, stinging nettle can help prevent excessive bleeding.

Raspberry Leaf - This tea is generally considered safe to drink during perimenopause and into menopause. Red raspberry leaves are rich in B vitamins, vitamin C, and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and iron.

Chamomile - It has been reported that many menopause symptoms have been reduced due to the effects of these plants. For example, chamomile alleviate hot flashes strengthen the reproductive and urinary system.
