Ingredients: Rosemary, Peppermint & Lemon
Directions: Count to 5 while inhaling in
Count to 5 while holding breath
Count to 5 while exhaling
May repeat 2-3 times as needed.
Your inhaler should last 1/2 months depending on how often you use it.

Got this to help my daughter who suffers terribly with migraines after trying every over the counter medication with no results saw this and after using it for 2 days her symptoms reduced sooo much she now goes no where without out wish I had gotten it for her sooner
