Ingredients:

Mint, Mullein leaf, Chickweed, Burdock root, Eucalyptus, Ginger, Elecampane & Flaxseeds

Mint - Modern research points out its role in improving lung function. Menthol, present in the mint family, displays antispasmodic activity. It works as a decongestant, which means it helps to soothe swollen membranes in the nose and loosen mucus that gets stuck in the respiratory pathway.

Mullein leaf - is an expectorant, which means it helps the body expel excess mucus, usually by helping make your coughs more productive, to bring up mucus that may be settling in the chest or in the throat. It is also a demulcent. Studies show that demulcents create a soothing anti-inflammatory coating over mucous membranes

Burdock root - is one of the best herbs to use for problem skin, to purify the blood, and to cleanse the lymphatic system. You can also use it for respiratory problems and sore throat as well as for liver health

Eucalyptus - contains substances, like flavonoids, triterpenes, tannins and phenolic acids that are derivatives of cinnamic acid and phloroglucinol. These help to fight respiratory infections and thin our bronchial secretions.

Chickweed - contains saponins, plant compounds that can alleviate inflamed mucous membranes and facilitate the breakup of secretions from the membranes.

Ginger - is a lung-cleansing root that many people choose. Ginger has anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties that remove toxins from the respiratory tract.

Elecampane is used for lung diseases including asthma, bronchitis, and whooping cough. It is also used to prevent coughing, especially coughing caused by tuberculosis; and as an expectorant to help loosen phlegm, so it can be coughed up more easily

Flaxseed fights against lung cancer and promotes good lung health. Previous studies have shown that flaxseed reduces lung injury so the protective effects of flaxseed combined with its anticancer benefits warrant further investigation in the context of lung cancer.
